To make a claim, you download a claim form from the Shelter Care pet insurance website and print it out. Your vet’s office might be able to do this for you, but check with your vet first. You and your vet fill out the paperwork, then you mail the claim form off to Shelter Care pet insurance company in either Canada or America, depending upon which country you live. |
